Miserable soul draining company - Office Manager MINT dentistry Employee Review

They yell at you for not having booked scheduleds. But then you do everything to fill the schudules and then we have patients waiting over and hour. They write bad reviews. They cxl and and cuss us out. This company is all about money and over book schedules. If you don’t meat a goal given you get written up. Lunch breaks were promised and that was a lie, we work Saturdays in December. Gas if you travel is Taxed. Or you get nothing at at all.Turn over rate is sky high. I have higher management contacting me outside of the hours 730-530. I have a family and I am working at 8 at night be this company only cares about money.
