Being an office manger there is just no balance. This company works 5 days week and has the longest hours. I can’t take my PTO because they took it during coved even though I had been saving it up. I can’t take a week vacation without getting my office covered which is impossible due to the turn over rate. I suggest not opening more office until you can keep staff happy. Pair fair. And stop overworking everyone. ITS JUST DENTAL. they act like we are savings life’s and make us .org no stop with non stop job duties being piled up daily. EVERY Week it’s some new process. More added into our plate!
