Just a job - Front Desk Receptionist MINT dentistry Employee Review

The dress code is the biggest con. I run around my office all day dealing with patients in heels and dress clothing. Scrubs are not allowed but I am required in my job description to deep clean the toilets, floors, restrooms, patient rooms, etc. this also causes me to spend money on dress clothing that just gets ruined or dirtied when I could be in scrubs. The company is willing to preach how much they love staff but don’t do things to make out work life’s easier.
