they will do whatever they can to make money. they talk about love as their value but they don't love you. they love money. You wont even be approve for composite bands. The chief dentist only know basic dentistry and is head only because she was the first dentist. she knows nothing of advance dentistry. be prepared to work like a robot. Turnover rate is less than a year for dentist. they ran out of dentist to hire so now they will go after new grads. dont fall for it.
