Under paid & over worked - Anonymous MINT dentistry Employee Review

Prepare to not have a lunch, they have 30 minute “blockouts” on the schedule but doesn’t matter when they cram the schedule to max capacity. Seeing upwards of 30+ patients a day. Want 5 columns open for 1 doctor & 1 hygienist. Don’t want employees working overtime but we’re scheduled to work 10hr days. No support from corporate, they think we don’t work hard enough. Constant employee turnover because they refuse to make simple changes. No autonomy over schedule, repercussions if you try and change the schedule in ANY way. The scheduling team is never trained right (because they have never worked in a dental office). Forced to watch the CEO gloat on a series of unnecessary web videos as he told us “if you’re not working every second, then you haven’t worked hard” as he’s on a executive retreat… L O L
