      - Benefits are KEY! The health insurance is continuing to fall but still better than any competitors. - Ample vacation time and holiday's off, including between Christmas and New Years. - Really knowledgeable group of people who love what they do.

      Cons

      - Slow processes. - Little growth in salary. - High cost of living and required to be in 2-4 days a week.
