Pros
There is so much great work being done at MIT and for the most part, you have an all access pass. You have to be proactive to be involved as many positions are quite intensive and wont leave you much time beyond your daily activities.
Cons
There is some elitism here that exists depending on where you have done your degree and what your background is, especially if you are not an engineer.
