      Access to experts, cutting-edge research, and exciting programs. I admire President Reif's leadership.

      Cons

      Salaries at universities tend to be a bit low compared to other employers, and there are systemic gender and race issues in any such institutions (to be fair, MIT does seem to be trying to address these).
