      Very nice environment, friendly people, make your own hours, great and laid back supervisors, prestigious institution, beautiful and clean campus, learn a lot from faculty

      Cons

      pay can be low, shortage of full-time positions, seems to want a lot of experience for some low-level jobs, benefits can still be expensive
