      Benefits are excellent. Publicly stating that they are prioritizing DEI.

      Cons

      Lots of work to do with regard to transforming into a well-functioning organization- particularly when it comes to genuine equity and inclusion. Senior leaders and middle management are not held accountable to DEI and hybrid work directives.
