CEO waddles out in a gee-whiz, howdy-doody impression during all-hands every other month before announcing another round of layoffs. Board member bizarrely recited poetry and cried during an all-hands. Senior VPs regularly send emails to 1,000s of employees boasting about their frequent travel to Hawaii and Europe while lamenting 100s of people losing their jobs over the same period. - No plan or vision to adapt to reality.
