1yCongratulations on more than 20 years at MITRE. We are proud to be a multi-generational organization with employees ranging from just a couple of years on the job to more than 45 years and everything in-between. Communication is a core element of our employee experience, and we are committed to listening to our people and addressing their concerns while balancing our business goals. Our recently extended benefits are one way we are actively responding to the needs of our employees – with expanded, tenure-based time off, the addition of a second paid, flex holiday that employees can use however it best suits their needs (for a total of 9 paid holidays), and greater Caregiver and Parental leave flexibility.
