Pros
100% ability to work from home Wonderful, bright, hard-working individuals (the BEST part of working here - but odds are they are all undervalued and overworked)
Cons
Most things . . . "unlimited vacation" - no one gets to take any, people have even been denied it (this was a really funny perk to add, btw, it just means they don't have to pay you out vacation time when you leave!) Expect to work ALL THE TIME - with no compensation for overtime, nights, or weekends - no bonuses nor reviews nor stock options High deductibles on that insurance TERRIBLE management - it does not feel like a company run by women either - bullying, yelling, abusive behavior is very normal . . . it's even obvious Jess steamrolls Amy System goes down a LOT (I wonder who incompetently manages systems?) - support folks get the brunt of it - half a dozen support techs left all at once
