Pros

1. Some of the people that work there are genuinely good people just doing what they can to get by.

Cons

Disclaimer - I left this company of my own volition; I was not fired or let go. My advice to anyone reading this is not hindsight from my own failures out of spite, it is from the perspective of someone who was smart enough to GET OUT. Do with that what you will. 1. Constant, unceasing increase in workload on a near daily basis with absolutely no incentive to work any harder than you are comfortable with, because nothing is ever good enough or fast enough anyway, and you will see other employees doing a fraction of your work for identical pay every single day. Your absolute best work you can put out there will NEVER be good enough at this company. 2. Literal disregard of human life. They are -HEAVILY- "pro-office-anti-remote" (its a pandemic. we can work remote. let us work remote instead of pressuring people literally every week to go in and possibly get sick!) and -HEAVILY- against the mere concept of mental health maintenance. God forbid they put too much on you and you ask for a break on your workload, unless you don't mind becoming enemy #1 with a target the size of the moon on you. 3. You are a disposable employee when you work here. They do not care about you, they care about numbers. And the numbers they are worried about are unimaginably poorly handled, to the point of the company needing to pull every single trick in the book just to keep the all-important numbers secret and obfuscated from potential clients. the grift is all important, because no one is going to buy it if they knew the truth of how the company was operating. If you want a really easy way to see how the company is being ran, just check the company stock prices over the year. Its a rocket ship straight into the ground in one of the biggest emerging markets in the country, which is more telling than anything I could ever say here. 4. The company let people go over and over all year. They didnt hire a single one. The workload designed for a full team was eventually multiplied substantially while being spread thinner and thinner across a dwindling employee team. Why did they do this? ZERO hires despite everyone and everything saying we need more people? 5. You are routinely expected to learn and support new programs and concepts completely blindly with zero training. Sometimes to the point of you've never even HEARD of what the person calling in is calling in about, but you get to figure it out anyway. I always felt this to be rather crude and rude thing to do to your staff. 6. Mental health to them may as well be fictional. They just flat out do not care about your mental well being and ignore every single other potential option in favor of hammering down on the thing that hits you hardest. 7. No such thing as PTO + denial of time off requests = anti employee. This is ridiculous. 8. The entire company is built around stepping on others to get to the top. Go look up the CEO of Ample's resignation letter for when MJ Freeway bought them out.

Pros

Communication, mentorship, and a great team are all great aspects about working here. Personally, my favorite thing is the flexibility- I really appreciate knowing that I can take a midday appointment or pick up my kid from school when I need to. The unlimited PTO is also a huge plus.

Cons

It’s a quickly growing company, so naturally that comes with some growing pains. But on the same note, leadership has really put in the work to make sure things go smoother with each “growth spurt” we have.

Pros

Incredible time to be in the Cannabis industry with the industry leading seed to sale solutions company. The MJ Freeway of today is a different company from who we were in 2017 and it is exciting so see and experience the transformation. For those that embrace empowerment and a sense of ownership in what you do, this is a great place to learn and grow. If you want an 8 hour job without empowerment and accountability, this is not the company for you because we want team members that want to make an impact and help us expand the lead we have in the industry. Reading some of the other reviews that are less than positive leads me to believe we are outgrowing some peoples abilities to grow and contribute. If this is how you feel, then find a place that fits your pace and make room for those with the energy, passion and desire to grow and succeed.

Cons

A fast growing company that is evolving constantly that lacks the routine and structure in place to make things easy all the time........not sure this is really a con.
