They are for the most part very reasonable. I respect their knowledge. Overall not a bad company to work for if you know your job.

Way too may chiefs not enough Indians.
Friend and family get special treatment and seem to be invincible. Having a non licensed person with authority over someone with a license. Tad bit micro management but they really just want to have strong communication with them...
