      No work/life balance Overwhelming Caseloads No recognition for effort No policy/procedure manuals Constantly changing workflow Employees opinions not valued Upper management does not care about employee concerns or job satisfaction Unfair Staffing Non union- no one to back up the nurses against unrealistic rules and expectations Employees threatened with disciplinary action for not meeting unrealistic timeframes Nurses have to work odd hours just to keep up High staff turnover due to employee burnout No room for professional growth Upper management unapproachable and cold towards staff

      great position to get into while looking for a real job, good to start out

      I interviewed with a female recruiter who promised one salary but then they chnged the salary to 8K less right before the start date, giving you no time to recrruit to other positions. Luckily I had a better opportunity a couple of months into the role and was able to leave. HR in this company are the biggest liars. They dont care about what theybsay, just how many people they can recruit within a certain period to meet their quotas. If you are recruiting for a position that is non-manaferial , watch out , this is what they do to try to fill in rolls that are dificult to keep. Or do not quit your job until first day on the job of MJHS.
