Pros

Interactive and supportive managers and supervisors. Compensates well based from experience and performance. Good communication between field staff and supervisors.

Cons

This WAS a great company to work for. Unfortunately, they had to let go of most of the people who are great workers, who had a long time relationship with the company, and people who showed great dedication to their work. Most of them just received e-mails early in the morning telling them to come in for an “unexpected mandatory meeting” having no idea on what’s completely going on. This company downsized THREE times since 2018 affecting all departments except of course the “power personnels”. Every time they let go of employees, they always said “hopefully this move would stabilize the company” and “we are hemorrhaging money”. This company strives because of the people that was let go. Most of the people that was left in the field are too spread out making your travel distance to more than 45 minutes at least from one patient to another. This is now a very depressing place to work in. Office morale is down and the place just turned dim because you’ll never know when your going to get the boot.

great position to get into while looking for a real job, good to start out

I interviewed with a female recruiter who promised one salary but then they chnged the salary to 8K less right before the start date, giving you no time to recrruit to other positions. Luckily I had a better opportunity a couple of months into the role and was able to leave. HR in this company are the biggest liars. They dont care about what theybsay, just how many people they can recruit within a certain period to meet their quotas. If you are recruiting for a position that is non-manaferial , watch out , this is what they do to try to fill in rolls that are dificult to keep. Or do not quit your job until first day on the job of MJHS.
