      Working from home is great, MJHS allows me to comfortably do my job by providing all the tools and Office Support necessary, HR explained clearly what the job entailed & I was happy that they selected me. I am not sure exactly what people expect when they get a job, it's customer service, if it was easy & a low workflow they would have zero need for us. The Benefits/Salary/Promotions from within/training/paid holidays & Vacation package is what everyone needs right now. We need stable, well compensated jobs. Thank you MJHS!!

      Have not found any actual cons. Is the training extensive? Yes. Can it be overwhelming? Absolutely! Is it worth it? only if you are ambitious, passionate about helping and have actual real goals.

      great position to get into while looking for a real job, good to start out

      I interviewed with a female recruiter who promised one salary but then they chnged the salary to 8K less right before the start date, giving you no time to recrruit to other positions. Luckily I had a better opportunity a couple of months into the role and was able to leave. HR in this company are the biggest liars. They dont care about what theybsay, just how many people they can recruit within a certain period to meet their quotas. If you are recruiting for a position that is non-manaferial , watch out , this is what they do to try to fill in rolls that are dificult to keep. Or do not quit your job until first day on the job of MJHS.
