You know those jobs that you dread waking up to on a Monday? Working at MLK is the complete opposite. The team make it a pleasure to come to work with a welcoming approach to diversity. Here I’ve sharpened my skill set in Sales, Marketing, IT and general customer relationship building. The Director has insightful advice and is super knowledgeable, actually invests in developing you as a professional including your personal skills. Keep up the good work!

Parking can be challenging however there are cheap local day rate parking zones available as well as on site parking if applicable

Delayed Salaries & Poor Management My experience with this company has been disappointing. Salaries are consistently delayed, which creates a lot of stress and uncertainty for employees. Management communication is poor, and there seems to be little regard for staff well-being or financial stability. Overall, the lack of timely payment and ineffective leadership make this a very difficult place to work.
