Pros

There is actually an employee-focused culture here. The pay is more than competitive and fair The parties are even better!! My first week alone we had a laser tag team builder and an entire division of the company went to NY on a company trip!! They truly do work hard and play hard here, the major difference is that the employees actually want to be here and work hard so they can be part of something amazing!

Pros

Management is really positive and is always trying to help you improve. If you’re good, this is the best job in the world. You get real money and management loves you

Cons

It’s hard work you’re walking all day getting rejected over and over again. You have high expectations for sales. The weather can be really bad and you still have to work.They also make work from 7-7 if it rains hard enough.
