Sketchy work practices, constant incentives to create damage on roofs and commit insurance fraud, extremely poor upper management that causes a very high turnover rate. If you have loose morals and don’t care about potentially being thrown in jail for insurance fraud, you can make a lot of money. I was told both directly and indirectly that I needed to start causing damage on roofs to get them fully bought. MLM will over-hire and then subsequently fire large groups of people at once. I know I will most likely get a response from someone at MLM saying my accusations are false and unwarranted even though they are fully aware of every shady tactic they use to make money. Please save yourself the headache and look for another job.
