MLM gave me a great opportunity to learn about the direct selling industry.

Cons

Leadership is very unorganized and detached from the company. High turnover at all positions. Do not offer competitive compensation. No longer have plans for growth, no upward mobility. Poorly put together company events. Was terminated with zero cause or warning.

Pros

Management is really positive and is always trying to help you improve. If you’re good, this is the best job in the world. You get real money and management loves you

Cons

It’s hard work you’re walking all day getting rejected over and over again. You have high expectations for sales. The weather can be really bad and you still have to work.They also make work from 7-7 if it rains hard enough.
