Pros

Almost no oversight. Can get away with anything. Will let you visit customers. $50k base isn't bad for industry. Engineers are available for initial phone calls.

Cons

Engineers inexperienced, overworked, and disorganized. Can't get out an accurate proposal to save their life. Letting go of VP and part owner, replaced him with unproven and inexperienced managers. Internal IT can't keep up with everything they want to do, creating embarrassing problems. Benefits are horrible. Customers unhappy with services. Pricing from distributors is uncompetitive, because they can't retain enough engineers to maintain partner status.

Pros

MNJ is an amazing company but also can’t support employees not putting in effort or doing their job. This is a great company for those that will actually put in effort into working.

Cons

The only con is some employees that have been flying under the radar for because they have tenure.
