Flexible with needing time off or leaving early Owner is very nice & understanding Great opportunity to make money Company outings Free food & 25 cent pops Nice facilities No dress code Good services division Work from home numbers are very obtainable Low Turnover rate No Micromanagement 100% spiffs

MNJ is an amazing company but also can’t support employees not putting in effort or doing their job. This is a great company for those that will actually put in effort into working.

Cons

The only con is some employees that have been flying under the radar for because they have tenure.
