Pros
Good client base in VAR business, lots of talented account managers and technical people, family owned and the founders are still involved. Good systems and infrastructure, flexible work arrangements, adequate benefits. Great learning and certification opportunities.
Cons
Only the successful account managers are compensated well, everyone else is treated like useless overhead. Current leaders (not the owners) are bottom line focused and working only to improve their resumes on their way to a Cxx position at some future company, Owners are still involved but not calling the shots, and the company is changing for the worse as a result, This place will work you to death and expect you to be happy with a $2k bonus at the end of the year (and maybe a $50 Starbucks gift card or two). There are too few people making all the decisions with little input from the real workforce. Turnover is high and good people disappear overnight with great regularity and no explanation.
