Pros
Growing company that is ahead of the industry! They care about their employees and you can truly make a difference. They are constantly trying to stay ahead and it’s exciting to be part of such a great company that cares about their employees. On top of typical benefits, they offer no meeting days, flexible work policy, work life fulfillment workshops and so much more!
Cons
People that don’t want to do the work and are held accountable just complain on Glassdoor. It’s sad that some people expect to get paid for not doing their job and then blame the company on Glassdoor.
