Plenty of hours are available

Horrible upper management, no communication with employees, constant hour changes from afternoons to day shifts with no warning, their attendance bonuses are a scam, the Vice President of Manufacturing is verbally abusive to employees in private meetings, the work expectations are to high considering the lack of budget approved to fix machines. You top out their pay scale to quickly and they don’t give raises appropriate for the cost of living
