      Pros

      10.50 an hour starting plus tip share( about 60+week), if you don't mind being discriminated upon and cursed at. Even the manager who was almost 50 was blatantly talking about seeing a young woman's vagina. She probably wasn't even 18 years of age

      Cons

      When your their, do not expect a break as your suppose to get, you will not receive it. it is very hostile and theirs so much tension in the room you can fill the ozone. Everyone that I seemed to work with their was on drugs, or drunk coming into work. Drugs were even being used outside in the back of the establishment. even the managers. Especially the managers.. Expect to get your vehicle vandalized and expect threats because you will receive them.

      Fun place to work, fast paced environment, often pleasant coworkers, flexible schedule, decent tips, great location.

      Cons

      Original family that started the chain had to sell (2004). The corporation that bought it seems to be trying to run it into the ground. Took away benefits and perks from employees, swapped out higher quality products for cheap, low quality products, and to cut their own costs down, won't allow enough team members to work a shift, leaving us short handed and overworked. Customers paid the price by having excessive wait times for their food and frequently walked out. It was embarrassing! Our store didn't have a manager for a full year, which only added fuel to the fire. What started out as one of my favorite jobs of all time turned into nothing less than a nightmare.
