Fun environment Friendly staff, A well designed way to male tje pizza that (when the staff knows how to do it) moves quickly and is easy to manage. They promote people being themselves, and wants they're employees to make fun out of they're work. You can interact with customers at any point of time You're given the freedom to help unhappy customers in whichever you seem fit (within reason) without immediate permission from your supervisor or manager
Cons
My paycheck never got direct deposited on time Staff was constantly arguing Management was constantly changing how things are done Management never took steps to discipline or congratulate good or bad emoloyees, so staff started doing whatever they wanted
