The only pro worth mentioning of working for this scummy company is meeting the few amazing people that I did during my time there.
Cons
Absolutely attrocious management throughout all south Florida. Managers play favorites, pick at certain employees and put them under the microscope while other employees sit in the back room texting on their phones. Hard work will get you no where with this company, sucking up and being there favorite pet Is the only way to move up. I have never even considered writing a review for an employer before but this company is really something special. If I could give a 0 star rating or lower I surely would. Management lies about the ability to move up in their company. I was told that if I transferred stores I would be made an “all-star trainer”, yet after helping them open their store and giving up everything I had going for me at my initial location they chose other people for the position, without even considering me for it or consulting me about it. Would not work for this company again even if I came back with the position that I wanted in the first place. Has a whole list of core values that they don’t live up to in any way shape or form, and might as well be printed on toilet paper instead. If this review prevents even one person from applying for this company I will be grateful, because no other company has made me feel as awful for working for them as mod has.
