Everyone talks sh!t about me and my performance as a captain behind my back
I've only worked there for 4 weeks and had no proper training was just kinda thrown in and expected to get it. Everytime I leave they pretty much just talk about how much I suck and it makes it awkward for me. Other captains have no respect for me as a Captain and micro manager everything I do, and disregard my authority when i ask someone to do something. There is not enough positive reinforcement. It's all negative nit picking and telling me what I did wrong even if I was told different by the person I was trained by. I get it you need to correct people when they are wrong, but you should also give them props for doing something right. I just feel underappreciated and totally disrespected and it sucks
