Management never punishes anyone, even if they are sharing extremely personal HR issues with the rest of the staff Manager at my store (Oracle and Wetmore in Tucson, AZ) was the least communicative person that I have ever worked with. He made the work environment terrible every single day and wouldn't work with his "Captains"(Shift-Lead managers) Management punishes you for taking days off Management forces you to work on all of your days off, as if you were on salary. The amount that I worked didn't even get close to equaling my pay The manager will put clean dishes on top of trashcans and does not truly care about quality, only how much money the store makes Mostly everyone that works there just wants to leave, except the management that is getting away with treating employees badly and constantly spreading negative facts about the staff behind their back. Manager will frequently place blame on Captains if something isn't done after he told you that he was going to get it done. Hardcore favoritism,using the worst Captain as a sounding board about how terrible everyone else is If a specific captain wants to force someone out, she will write negative reviews online from fake accounts and spread so much negativity related to them that they will be forced to leave I literally cannot put into words how terrible my experience was. The manager and a specific captain created the most negative work environment that I could possibly imagine.
