Pros
The atmosphere is fun, there's a real sense of community among workers, and the fast paced nature of the job is exciting. There is opportunity for advancement within the company they really prefer to hire from within.
Cons
The usual downsides to any corporate restaurant, they try to use corporate algorithms that don't necessarily meet the needs of the individual restaurant. This can be frustrating as someone who's trying to run the shift, without the necessary staff. Also the "culture" can be a little excessive, and sometimes predatory.
