Pros here may be getting free food, and I guess getting away with doing whatever you want.
Cons
The company is so focused on the customers feeling welcome, but not the employees. I worked here for a while and had to deal with dangerous, covid positive, rude, and sexist coworkers and bosses. I was the only one running the place for months, just to be kicked out because I was tired of being walked on. You are in charge of so much and if your squad isn’t trained (like ours), no one is disciplining, no one is cleaning, and people show up when they feel like it… it is absolutely not worth it. Their HR is non existent and it is probably one of the laziest and disorganized places you could work at. You won’t get your schedule for the following week until 2 days before, no breaks. It could be a great place but nearly every location has major problems.
