It's a really good first job if a teenager wants to break into the working field. Good starting wage, good work environment and culture, as well as opportunity for leadership and a taste of management.
Cons
It is a part time job and you must (or in most stores) be in a leadership role (captain, manager, and higher) to be able to have full time hours and an opportunity to receive benefits.
