Pros
I originally started with MOD thinking that it would be just another job until I got bored of it. I didn't realize that it wasn't just another pizza place. I absolutely love my job! I have been with MOD for about a year and a half and I don't see my time with them ending anytime soon. After a few months I became a captain (shift lead), and a few months after that I got promoted to an all star. I now get to travel around helping open new stores all over the US. I get to meet new people all the time, and I have even got the opportunity to meet the CEO a few times. The best thing about MOD is that they are all about taking care of there people! The company is growing so fast that there are always new opportunities!
Cons
The only problem I have had is that sometimes they seem to have a hard time getting rid of people that are not quite working out, which can affect the people that really do want to be there!
