Pros
Working at MOD is a real blessing for me because I am accepted for who I am and encouraged to be my authentic self! It's a joy to go to work each day genuinely excited to work hard, connect with customers, and serve some Bomb pizza! Living up to the MOD standard is what my life has become- it's all about putting others before yourself and having fun doing that! My manager treats me well and pushes me to be my very best! I can't recommend MOD enough because I am realizing more and more how much the company does care about its people, and I am following my dreams and enjoying the journey, with full support along the way (and a stomach full of seriously delicious pizza!)
Cons
I don't always get as many hours as I would like... But that's not a huge issue, that's just me wanting to be at MOD all the time because I love it!
