Pros
The leadership (CEO and management) do an excellent job of making MORSE a good place to work—they have a solid vision and stick to it. MORSE has stayed true to its aim to hire "The smart people who are easy to work with". I have a strong feeling they will do well through the present economic downturn. Very little excess red tape/bureaucracy at MORSE. Also, my managers have helped me identify growth opportunities and challenged me to try new things, and have been very supportive when I felt I would like to change my career trajectory. MORSE is employee-owned, and therefore does not have to worry about the whims of external shareholders, allowing management to prioritize long-term growth. Excellent work/life balance compared to other tech companies I have worked for.
Cons
MORSE tends to attract a lot of younger employees, which would be a downside if you prefer to work mainly with more experienced folks.
