* Highly values employees * Frequent reviews/check-ins to track career progression * Perpetual raises & Bonuses (+ spot bonuses) * Plenty of flexibility (WFH and PTO), best work life balance I've ever had * Tons of cool stuff to work on * Great office, well furnished, plenty of food and drinks * A REAL employee owned company, not under some VCs thumb * Company Management is separate from your Project Management (no conflict of interest)

Cons

* Security is tight which can be a pain at times (but obviously necessary given the industry) * Pretty fast paced, some can get left behind * Labs can get disorganized due to shuffling of programs
