None that I can think of.

Cons

No work life balance. The consider employees as hard labours. Top management is not efficient in handling the work hours of employees. They do not consider the health conditions of their employees or the long hours of work they do. Very inefficient mangers/principal engineers. They do not have the minimum empathy towards their team and only care about is showcasing their work to the top management.

As the organization continues to grow, processes can sometimes lag behind the pace of change. There’s an opportunity to further streamline workflows and clarify ownership to reduce occasional inefficiencies.
