      Pros

      -Good salary and benefits -nice office -good culture and people (except manager) are nice

      Cons

      -middle managers are micromanagers, they tend to steal credit and leave you to quiet quit since they do not give you any opportunities for progression. There's a reason why people in her team left

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
