      Pros

      - focus on inclusive environment - offices are the best looking from what I've seen - Work from home oriented - strong company fundamentals - money is not the issue - the purpose is noble

      Cons

      - it is not IT company, so there is not many experts in fields - pharmaceuticals is highly controlled plus it's a corporate, so the amount of bureaucracy is huge - everything is super slow - there is a lot of incompetent people having their warm seats or climbing the ladder

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
