      No reason to work here, just if you want to go in depression. They are saing that the work balance is important but no evidence on this part.

      The internal processes are very complex, the people are learn to be individualist without to work in colaboration for efficiency .

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
