      Pros

      Environment and salary are median throughout the pharmaceutical companies. Health insurance is great and updated regularly. Car policy updates are good and applicable for all employees.

      Cons

      Tasks are stressful and time frame is tight. Need more developmental plans for all employees. Management team need to handle the task stress.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
