      Pros

      All but particularly the culture/the people, the work life balance led by example for senior leadership, the real focus on patients, the willingness to change and improve to become more agile

      Cons

      None come to mind but perhaps still a little bit of an old-fashioned marketing/sales focus in some areas but it is changing

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
