Pros
Fast changing environment, the job is interesting. The teams are very good and it is a pleasure to work with such a great talents. The salary and financial benefits are above average.
Cons
The HR and higher management are not as flexible as in other companies. Even the company wants to work with international teams and you are supposed to be available all the time, home office abroad can be a problem. The lack of transparency in this area especially during pandemic can be demotivating for the employees as they cannot go to the office but in the same time they cannot work from abroad (to see the family, to stay abroad in better life conditions, etc).
