Managers can go above and beyond with the workplace Harrasment. They are agressive, can scream at you, they also harras you by phone and HR doesn't care, the company doesn't care and it's become an issue in the Costa Rica site. hR department does not care about the mental health of the employees. Work life balance is out of the question, you cannot have a life when working in MSD, they can give you long hours and they don't pay the over time. If you have to take care of your family or your Healy you can get fired for that, Doing the right this and call HR for help is not a good idea either.
