      Pros

      Great work environment and comparable perks. True believer in employee well being and diversity. One of the few companies where in there is diversity at the highest level in the organization.

      Cons

      Complex processes and failing to prioritize correctly. Sometimes its like everything is important and all must be done.

      Great team to work and grow with, also good learning enviroment

      Cons

      My entry time was not the best timing, during the middle of the war wirh Iran, so work was slow and over 200 people from that site were let go, including myself
