Job was great in the beginning, good employee benefits, fun incentives, "family" vibe, some genuinely amazing people there

CAO is a bully and micromanages those underneath her. She displays extremely discriminatory and dismissive behaviors towards neurodivergent employees. The turnover is high for admins because she is so suffocating. She is very condescending and passive aggressive, which creates a hostile and uncomfortable work environment that she will punish YOU for. Wouldn't recommend an admin position if you're reporting to the CAO.
