Pros

Being a MSI employee, I wanted to thank our company’s management for taking care of all MSI employees and our well-being during the epidemic crisis of COVID-19. I’m very proud to say that MSI has not laid off anyone during the crisis nor they initiated any pay cut instead all the employees got yearly bonuses on time!

Cons

During crises of COVID-19, they taking care of employees, that means you guys need to decide how good company is this:) SO NO CONS.

Where do I start…. Micromanagement to the max: Dissecting your mileage to your sales visits even though the mileage app sucked and did not work half the time. If you drive their car you can’t even drink water as the camera will alert corporate and you get a nasty email. False promises: only be overnight 1-2 nights a week which was not true Zero training on what’s important Let people sell instead of burying them in worthless tasks Had me train for 8 weeks away from home like I was in the military and I stared at a wall in an office. My wife had a medical scare early on and I mentioned that I would like to be with her with the diagnosis and they still made me travel 8 hours from home. Pretty sure they were forcing me out as I talked to other sales reps and they weren’t under the pressure that I was. It’s not really a real sales job there is no selling your basically and order taker and spend your time trying to figure out the mess of ordering.
